GSK has assisted commercial agricultural operations in a wide variety of legal challenges. On behalf of the Snohomish County Farm Bureau, GSK attorneys helped draft and defend the first initiative in that county, called the Right to Plow Initiative. Several other agricultural organizations have used GSK to assist with other legal issues, such as the Yakima County Farm Bureau and Cattlemen's Association in reviewing a proposed critical areas ordinance and the Snohomish County Farm Bureau in reviewing a similar proposal.

Representing the State Farm Bureau, Yakima Farm Bureau and the Washington Horticultural Association, Potato & Onion Association and Hop Growers of Washington, GSK proposed a Supreme Court rule that would limit the use of IOLTA funds to serving the legal needs of the needy, rather than diverting these funds to lobbyists and for other political activities.

Agricultural operations, such as dairies, have relied on GSK to assist them in making sure their operations comply with environmental laws and to represent them when they are charged with violating various state and federal regulations.
